Governing Law; Construction. The laws of the State of New York govern this Agreement. It shall be interpreted in accordance with those laws. In prohibiting Subscriber from doing any act, this Agreement also prohibits Subscriber from doing the act indirectly (e.g., by causing or permitting any other person to the act).
