Common use of Governing Law and Attornment Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Attornment. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein and the parties agree to submit to the sole, original and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia (and the Supreme Court of Canada, as applicable).
