Common use of Governing Document Clause in Contracts

Governing Document. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment with the Company and the payment of severance benefits and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or verbal agreements and understandings between the parties relating to employment, compensation, benefits, severance or any other subject matter hereof.

Governing Document. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties Company and Executive with respect to the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment and certain post-termination restrictive covenants with the Company and the payment of severance benefits and supersedes supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or verbal agreements and understandings between Executive and the parties Company relating to employment, compensation, benefits, severance or any other subject matter hereof.
