Goodyear. 10.1 Upon execution of this Agreement and subject to the terms of this Agreement, Goodyear shall assume full responsibility and liability for the design and construction of the Project Improvements.   • TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS All Orange County operations under the Board of County Commissioners shall be tobacco free. This policy shall apply to parking lots, parks, break areas and worksites.
