Common use of Good Will Clause in Contracts

Good Will. Any and all good will which the Award Recipient develops during his or her relationship with the Company with any of the customers, prospective customers, subcontractors or suppliers of the Company shall be the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the Company, and shall continue to be such after termination of the Award Recipient’s relationship with the Company, howsoever caused.
