Common use of Good title to assets Clause in Contracts

Good title to assets. Each Obligor shall ensure that it has good title to or validly leases or licenses all of the assets necessary, and has all consents and/or authorisations necessary, to carry on its business to the extent that failure to comply with this requirement could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
