Common use of Good Faith Renegotiation Clause in Contracts

Good Faith Renegotiation. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein to the contrary, the Parties hereby agree that in the event a Governmental Authority issues a decision, order, rule or other rulemaking of any kind, which necessitates any modification or amendment to this Agreement, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to modify or amend this Agreement to comply with such decision, order, rule or other rulemaking.
