Common use of Gold Trust Clause in Contracts

Gold Trust. You shall notify us promptly in writing of the names of the people who are authorized to give instructions on your behalf. Until we receive written notice to the contrary, we are entitled to assume that any of those people have full and unrestricted power to give us instructions on your behalf. We are also entitled to rely on any instructions which are from, or which purport to emanate from, any person who appears to have such authority.
