Common use of Going Over Your Credit Limit or Cash Limit Clause in Contracts

Going Over Your Credit Limit or Cash Limit. We may at our discretion allow you to go over your credit limit by approving Transactions. Overlimit fees that apply when you go over your credit limit are set out in the Summary of Rates and Fees. We are not required to allow you to go over your credit limit even if we have let you do so before. If a Cash Advance, Convenience Cheque or Balance Transfer would cause you to go over your Cash Limit, that Transaction may be declined. We do not approve parts of Transactions.
