GoHealth Clause Samples
GoHealth md shall provide Nugget with the express consent, in a format satisfactory to Nugget, of all holders of GoHealth.md's convertible securities, as described in Section 3.1(b), to convert such GoHealth.md securities into shares of Nugget's common stock.
GoHealth md shall provide Nugget with complete audited financial statements for the period ending May 31, 1999, on or before the Closing Date.
