For all State Contracts in excess of $25,000.00 whereby the University is committed to expend or does expend funds in return for labor, services including but not limited to legal, financial and other professional services, supplies, equipment, materials or an combination of the foregoing or all State Contracts in excess of $100,000.00 whereby the University is committed to expend or does expend funds for the acquisition, ( 9 %) for Certified Women- Owned Business Enterprises.
