Goals and Objectives for the Future. The Contracting Parties developed the XXXX to facilitate and encourage the future growth and economic vitality within the Madison Township XXXX area. A priority of the XXXX is to generate financial resources necessary to provide appropriate governmental services and public infrastructure in support of new development. The XXXX will distribute income tax revenues among itself and the Contracting Parties to preserve and provide needed infrastructure and community services to support current and future businesses located within the XXXX. It is the vision of the District and the Contracting Parties to maximize the development potential within the District and encourage new and expanded economic endeavors bringing new jobs and additional income and revenues to the District, the Contracting Parties, and the constituents of each.
