Goal 3. Provide college advising and student support services to promote success In addition to the Transfer Block, the MCC dual credit program requires all students selecting courses outside of the Transfer Block or accumulating more than 18 semester credit hours to meet with a college transfer advisor each semester prior to registration. In this reporting period, the Secretariat resolved more than 48 issues/cases, achieved 3 key successes with administrative advocacy, and met with donors, ambassadors and OCHA to xxxxxx advocacy support. ▪ In the Nepal RRM project (Annex 2.5): Oxfam participated in the national level cluster system in Kathmandu, and was very active in the Food Security Clusters at district level, which in Nuwakot district played a key role in enhancing coordination between the major actors. Oxfam also worked in close coordination with Women‟s Development Organisations for particular support to the livelihoods of female-headed households. Oxfam liaised nationally with the relevant ministries and with the Social Welfare Council, and worked extensively with local authorities to try to facilitate a timely and appropriate response. The Chief District Office and District Disaster Relief Committee were key in coordinating local interventions; however, the lack of coordination between local and national levels within the government led to each district interpreting and implementing national-level decisions differently. This delayed delivery of assistance due to the need for extensive dialogue to clarify positions. ▪ In the Nigeria RRM (Annex 2.4): Oxfam is a member of the National Emergency Management Coordination System, coordinated by NEMA (National Emergency Management Agency). Oxfam fed into the regular information sharing mechanism, to avoid duplication. Oxfam also liaised with the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), state and local government primary health care authorities and the local emergency management committee through a pre-established link, to ensure the government at all levels was aware of the planned response. Goal 3. Goal 3 shall be based on the New Business Revenue Percentage during the period commencing on July 1, 2006 and ending on June 30, 2009. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “New Business Revenue Percentage” shall mean, with respect to the period commencing on July 1, 2006 and ending on June 30, 2009, the Company’s Net Revenue attributable to [(i) new business models in the telecommunications market in the People’s Republic of China, and (ii) sales of products or services to customers outside of the telecommunications market or outside of the People’s Republic of China], expressed as a percentage of the Company’s total Net Revenue attributable to the Company’s AsiaInfo Technologies division, as determined by the Plan Administrator.
