Global Development Activities. Spruce will be responsible for the global Development and regulatory strategy for Licensed Products (the “Global Strategy”). Spruce shall keep the JSC reasonably informed regarding ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s global plan for the Development of Licensed Products in the Field, as such plan may be amended from time to time through the discussion at the JSC (the “Global Development Plan”).
