Common use of Glasshouse’s Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Glasshouse’s Responsibility. Any rights and powers of Port Macquarie-Hastings Council under any of the provisions of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire shall not be deemed to impose upon the Glasshouse any responsibility for the selection of the work or works proposed to be performed or being performed in the premises and any granting withholding or refusal of any permission by the Glasshouse shall be construed accordingly.
