Common use of Giving Notice Clause in Contracts

Giving Notice. 19.1. Any notice given under this Agreement must be delivered by hand or sent by email or prepaid post as follows: 19.1.1. to us at the address or email address shown on the Service Agreement or on your last invoice, or at any other address or email address we give you; 19.1.2. to you at the address you have asked us to send invoices to or to the email address you have given us. 19.2. Any notices that we may send to you from time to time concerning your account, shall be sent to the main contact we have registered on your account. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your nominated contact. We shall not be liable for any consequence of sending such notices to the incorrect contact unless due to our negligence.

(a) to us at the address or email address shown on the Service Agreement Order Confirmation or on your last invoice, or at any other address or email address we give you; 19.1.2. (b) to you at the address you have asked us to send invoices to or to the email address you have given us. 19.2. 21.2 Any notices that we may send to you from time to time concerning your account, shall be sent to the main contact we have registered on your account. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your nominated contact. We shall not be liable for any consequence of sending such notices to the incorrect contact unless due to our negligence. 21.3 Where this Agreement specifies that a certain amount of notice is to be given to the other party, that notice must be given in writing.
