GIS Data. [NOTE: Use this only if applicable] The Village has developed digital map information through Geographic Information Systems Technology (“GIS Data”) concerning the real property located within the Village. If requested to do so by the Consultant, the Village agrees to supply the Consultant with a digital copy of the GIS Data, subject to the following conditions:
