GIS Data. [NOTE: Use this only if applicable] The Village has developed digital map information through Geographic Information Systems Technology (“GIS Data”) concerning the real property located within the Village. If requested to do so by the Consultant, the Village agrees to supply the Consultant with a digital copy of the GIS Data, subject to the following conditions:
GIS Data. Interconnection Customer shall provide GIS data for the project location. At a minimum, data will indicate the perimeter of the project, with the proposed or most likely location of project substation(s) and the proposed Point of Interconnection (POI).
GIS Data. The City has developed digital map information through Geographic Information Systems Technology (“GIS Data”) concerning the real property located within the City. If requested to do so by the Consultant, the City agrees to supply the Consultant with a digital copy of the GIS Data, subject to the following conditions:
GIS Data. In regards to GIS data, COUNTY agrees to provide a copy upon written request by the PUBLIC AGENCY to the extent allowed by laws, rules, regulations and agreements.
GIS Data. 3.3.1.NCT9-1-1 will provide an informational portal with addressing resources.
GIS Data. The term “GIS Data,” as used herein shall mean geographic information system digital data electronically created, collected, formatted, manipulated and maintained by Denver Water. More specifically, the datasets being licensed are: dam inundation data for Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx reservoirs. Data includes GIS files, PDFs, and text files used in the analysis.
GIS Data. The Contractor shall submit any new GIS data generated during the field surveys following the guidelines in Attachment D, GIS and Electronic Data Requirements included in this Scope. GIS data will be reviewed by the Base Representative and not considered finalized until all comments have been incorporated and data accepted by the Base Environmental Security Information Systems Branch in conjunction with the Base Representative.
GIS Data. Submit GIS shapefiles of constructed project infrastructure provided by the Contractor to the City.
GIS Data i. Within 60 days following completion of compensatory mitigation construction activities, if any deviations have occurred, you shall submit as‐built GIS data (polygons only) accompanied by a narrative description listing and explaining each deviation as per the USACE SC 22. PROPOSAL GENERAL / QUALITY ASSURANCE
GIS Data. Quest shall convert GIS/street-file information from the County GIS system into the GIS third party application utilized by the Licensed Software Program in connection with the implementation of the System. In addition, Quest shall annually refresh that data during the term of the Agreement.
