Gift Ban. Effective April 25, 2016, , revised November 13, 2017 and January 13, 2020 and April 12, 2021, the Board of Trustees adopted Gift Ban Policy (BP 3821). The Consultant shall adhere to Board Policy 3821 as there are strict prohibitions outlined in the policy. The complete policy can be found on the District’s website.
