GHG Emissions Compliance Costs. (a) Provided that this Section 1.09 shall not be applicable during or with respect to any QF Settlement Contract Payment Period applicable under this Agreement, Buyer shall reimburse Seller for Direct GHG Compliance Costs (other than GHG Emissions Allowances) in accordance with and subject to Section 3.03(a).
