GFEBS Data. The Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) web-based application will be utilized to process financial, real property, cost management, and performance data electronically. The PMSA will utilize Government furnished computers to manipulate these features as well as computer support provided by USAG POM in a timely manner.
