Geographic Application. The undertakings in clause 10.2 apply only if the activity prohibited by clause 10.2 occurs within: (a) worldwide; (b) the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Australia and the Republic of South Africa; (c) the United States of America or the Commonwealth of Australia or the Republic of South Africa; (d) the Commonwealth of Australia.
