Generic Agreement. For collaboration on capacity building, programme / faculty exchange, etc.
Generic Agreement. The agreement now has ‘national clauses’ which were written in partnership with contributions from the Central Legal Office, Disclosure Scotland, information governance leads and occupational physicians. These relate to legislation, criminal record checks, occupational health and data protection. These national clauses brought together previously held local Tier 3 additions which were seen to be similar across many Health Boards. More detailed changes are presented under each section of the generic agreement in bullet points: DEFINITIONS • Definitions are important to the document. States that only pre-registration students are covered by agreement & that the NHS Board is the Practice Education Provider. Therefore the remit of the agreement is PrBL provided by NHS employed Practice Educators regardless of setting. • Updated to reflect contemporary terminology and widening practice settings.
