The "Generating reports" clause defines the obligations and procedures for creating and delivering reports related to the agreement. Typically, it specifies the types of reports required, the frequency of their generation (such as monthly or quarterly), and the format or content standards to be followed. This clause ensures that all parties receive timely and consistent information, supporting transparency and informed decision-making throughout the duration of the contract.
Generating reports. Game reports: First select a game. Press the "Games" button to display a pick list of games, or press the next or prior control bar buttons to move from game-to-game. Once you have selected a game you can select reports from the main menu, or press on the button icons on the control bar. Season reports: If you have not already selected a team for the current games directory, press "Teams" to choose your team from the list. Once you have selected a team you can select a report from the main menu, or press on the button icons on the control bar. Printing a report: To print a report, select File | Print or select Print on the report win- dow menu. This displays the Print window where you can select a specific printer, num ber of copies, page range, page size setup and other device options. Press OK on the Print window to print the report. Faxing a report: To fax a report, select Print on the report window menu just as you would for printing the report. Then press the "Setup" button and choose the desired fax driver from the "Specific printer" list (this assumes you have already installed a separate fax software product). Now, when you press OK to print the report will be routed to the fax device driver you have selected. Reports on the desktop: You can display as many reports as you wish on the desktop at one time. Each window can be printed, copied or resized separately. You can close a specific window by selecting File | Close or by pressing the "close" button for that win- dow. Or you can close all open windows by selecting Display | Close all. All report win- dows are closed automatically when you exit the program.
