Generating Project Operating Report Clause Samples

Generating Project Operating Report. No later than sixty (60) days after the end of each Fiscal Quarter, commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending March 31, 2025, PowerCo shall deliver an operating report with respect to the Generating Project for such Fiscal Quarter (and, in the case of the first such report, the period between the Effective Date and the end of such Fiscal Quarter, if any) substantially in the form of Exhibit O-1 (the “Generating Project Operating Report”).
