General Wage Adjustment. Each eligible employee in pay status on the effective date, or who retired, died or was laid off after June 12, 2005, will receive a General Wage Adjustment of onetwo percent (1.0%)(2.0%). plus ten cents ($0.10) per hour. An employee who is not eligible to receive any portion of the General Wage Adjustment due solely to the pay range maximum limitation will be eligible to receive an Annualized General Wage Adjustment Payment under C./1., below.
