Common use of General Wage Adjustment Clause in Contracts

General Wage Adjustment. Subject to 12/1/2, below, each eligible employee in pay status on the effective date will receive a General Wage Adjustment of two percent (2.0%). An employee who is not eligible to receive a General Wage Adjustment of two percent (2.0%) due solely to the pay range maximum limitation will be eligible to receive an Annualized General Wage Adjustment Payment under Section 2, below.
