Common use of General Superintendent Clause in Contracts

General Superintendent. If a General Superintendent is appointed for an individual project, by management, to supervise other supervisors appointed as per Article 10.04(a) that individual will receive a premium of thirteen percent (13%) for day shift only and eleven percent (11%) for night shift, over their regular rate for the time spent on that project.

General Superintendent.
