General structure. The organizational structure of the Partnership shall comprise the following Bodies: The Steering Committee as the ultimate decision-making body of the Partnership. The Project Promoter is the legal entity acting as the intermediary between the Parties and the Programme Operator. The Project Promoter shall, in addition to its responsibilities as a Party, perform the tasks assigned to it as described in the Project Contract and the Partnership Agreement.
