General standard. Throughout the Term of the Partnership, the General Partner shall devote to the Partnership such time and effort as is reasonably necessary to diligently manage the Partnership’s affairs. Blockstack PBC shall devote such time and effort as is reasonably necessary to diligently develop and manage the Network.
