General Specification of Duties. The Executive, during the term hereof, will be responsible for performing all services, acts, or things necessary or advisable to manage and conduct the business of the Company consistent with the position of Vice-President of Company Store Operations and the President of CD Management, Inc. subject to such policies and procedures as may be established by the Chief Executive Officer or his designee and/or the Board of the Company or CD Management, Inc. as appropriate.
