Common use of General Reports Clause in Contracts

General Reports. Beginning with the first anniversary of the Effective Date, on or before each anniversary of the Effective Date, Gilead will submit to Anadys written reports summarizing the status and progress of the clinical and regulatory development, marketing and commercialization efforts for Licensed Products in sufficient detail so as to allow Anadys to monitor Gilead's compliance with Section 3(e). Such reports shall be deemed to be Confidential Information of Gilead.
