General Purpose Dial-a-ride (DAR. Contractor shall provide general purpose dial-a-ride service for the general public within the Heritage Valley. This service is open to the general public and does not require ADA paratransit eligibility. Historically Dial-a-ride trips are generally requested (and scheduled) same-day on-demand. Depending on availability, Dial-a-ride service is expected to be scheduled for within one hour of a requested pickup time.
