Common use of GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO TRANSFERS Clause in Contracts

GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO TRANSFERS. Notwithstanding the completion of any transfer under the Lease, the provisions of the Lease shall remain in force in respect of anything remaining to be done by the Tenant or the Landlord. In particular, such completion is not to be treated as an acknowledgment by the Landlord that all money due from the Tenant to the Landlord in respect of the transfer has been paid or that the Tenant has complied with any other obligations on its part.
