General Provisions Regarding Capital Contributions. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement (a) no Member shall have the right to demand or receive a return of its Capital Contribution, (b) under circumstances requiring hereunder a return of any Capital Contribution, no Member shall have the right to demand or receive property other than cash, and (c) no Member shall receive any interest, salary or draw with respect to its Capital Contribution or its Capital Account. An unrepaid Capital Contribution is not a liability of the Company or of any Member. No Member shall be required to contribute or to lend any cash or property to the Company to enable the Company to return the Capital Contribution of any Member.
