Common use of General Prohibitions Clause in Contracts

General Prohibitions. (a) The GP and the Practice agree not to do any of the following: (i) Transmit or make available for Transmission by MedAdvisor any Files, Raw Data, data, text, graphics, or material that: (A) is false or misleading; (B) is defamatory; (C) does not comply with the GP's or the Practice's privacy policy and MedAdvisor's privacy policy; (D) is obscene, pornographic, or offensive; (E) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group; (F) infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; or (G) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation giving rise to civil liability; (ii) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site (including but not limited to user folders not designated as 'public' or that the GP or the Practice has not been given permission to access), MedAdvisor's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of MedAdvisor's providers; (iii) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the Site or Software or any related system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; (iv) attempt to access or search the Site, Software, Content or Output Data with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor or other generally available third-party web browsers (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox), including but not limited to browser automation tools; (v) use the Site, Services, Software or Content to send unsolicited email, junk mail, “spam”, or chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or services; (vi) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Site to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (vii) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, the Site, Content or Output Data; (viii) interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network to the Site, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Site; or plant malware on MedAdvisor's computer system, those systems of MedAdvisor's providers; or (ix) use the Software, Services, Site, Content or Output Data to impersonate or misrepresent the GP's or the Practice's affiliation with any person or entity. (b) MedAdvisor has the right (but not the obligation) to investigate and take action for breach of any of the above, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement and breach of Site security. MedAdvisor may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicable.

General Prohibitions. (a) The GP and the Practice agree not to do You may NOT: - engineer any of the following: (i) Transmit or make available for Transmission by MedAdvisor any Fileswebsite containing a Qualifying Link in such a manner that pulls Internet traffic away from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; - publish, Raw Datalink to, datasell, text, graphicsotherwise distribute, or material that: place a Qualifying Link on the same page or in close proximity to any Objectionable Content. For purposes of this Agreement, "Objectionable Content" means any material, including textual, audio or video material, which is offensive (A) including hate speech or violence against a particular group of people); contains any nudity, explicit violence or sexual material; contains depictions of violent or sexual acts; is false defamatory to any group or misleading; (B) is defamatory; (C) does not comply with the GP's individual; - attempt to modify or the Practice's privacy policy and MedAdvisor's privacy policy; (D) is obscenealter our Site in any way; - make any representations, pornographiceither express or implied, or offensive; (E) promotes bigotrycreate an appearance that a visitor to your website is visiting our Site, racisme.g., hatred "framing" or harm against any individual or group; (F) infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; or (G) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation giving rise to civil liability; (ii) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of "wrapping" the Site (including but not limited in any manner without first obtaining in advance our express written permission. Such requests must be sent to user folders not designated as 'public' ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Affiliate Program Manager, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; - "scrape" or that the GP or the Practice has not been given permission to access), MedAdvisor's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of MedAdvisor's providers; (iii) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of "spider" the Site or Software or any related system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; (iv) attempt to access or search the Site, Software, Content or Output Data with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor or other generally available third-party web browsers websites for content (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer images, logos or Mozilla Firefoxtext); - place ads on, or participate in any way in, AdNetworks or Search Content Networks; - employ, use or place any web browser add-ons, toolbars or pop-ups on your website; - link any Qualifying Link to any website other than our Site, including, for example, your own website; - bid on our “Trademarks” or “Trademarks + keywords” at any website that provides search engine services and that results in driving traffic to any website, other than our Site, including your website; - engage in any direct or indirect relationships with ISPs and/or mobile carriers that results in the delivery or act of address bar keyword and URL error trafficking (e.g., a user mistypes a web address in the ISP's address bar or search bar, and, as a result, is redirected to a web page that contains a Qualifying Link that directs the user to sites like ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇); - employ the use of any type of software download or technology which attempts to intercept or redirect traffic or Referral Fees to or from any website; - use any Trademark (as defined in Exhibit A), or any Licensed Materials (as defined in Section 2), provided to you as a result of your participation in the Program to advertise or engage in services which result in a sale occurring on your website, whether or not you then have the item fulfilled through ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; - without the prior written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, use any Trademark, or any Licensed Material in an advertisement that is not created or provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in any way that might suggest or imply or mislead or is likely to mislead a visitor to your website into believing that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ was the creator or sponsor of such advertisement; - re-distribute Licensed Materials (as defined in Section 2) to websites which can reasonably be viewed as ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s competitors, including but not limited to, Banggood, DX, Lightinthebox, Miniinthebox, Fasttech, Geekbuying, Tinydeal; - re-distribute, display or syndicate Licensed Materials and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s datafeed, including any product information set forth therein, to browser automation tools; (v) use the Siteany third party partner, Servicesnetwork or agency; - employ, Software or Content to send unsolicited email, junk mail, “spam”use, or chain lettersreceive any direct or indirect benefit from, any "cookie stuffing" methods (e.g., use of "cookie stuffing" to cause Gearbest Affiliate Network's tracking systems to conclude that a user has clicked through a Qualifying Link - and to pay commissions accordingly - even if the user has not actually clicked through any such link); - install spyware on another person's computer; cause spyware to be installed on another person's computer, or promotions use a context based triggering mechanism to display an advertisement that partially or advertisements for products wholly covers or services; obscures paid advertising other content on a website in a way that interferes with a person's ability to view that website; - display any material on a website containing a Qualifying Link which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines; - without the prior written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, use any widgets on your website that: (via) forge include any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information Trademarks (as defined in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Site to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (vii) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, the Site, Content or Output Data; (viii) interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network to the Site, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the SiteExhibit A); or plant malware on MedAdvisor's computer system, those systems of MedAdvisor's providers; or (ix) use the Software, Services, Site, Content or Output Data to impersonate or misrepresent the GP's or the Practice's affiliation with any person or entity. (b) MedAdvisor has include any Licensed Materials (as defined in Section 2); or (c) directly or indirectly send traffic to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; - post, publish, link to or place a Qualifying Link on the right (but not the obligation) Gearbest Facebook, Twitter, G+, YouTube, VK, Instagram Page; - forward, redistribute, or otherwise repurpose any or all Qualifying Links to investigate and take action any third party; - release Gearbest’s sales circulars, advertisements or other information prior to their authorized release dates; - purchase products or services sold or promoted on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ through a Qualifying Link for breach resale or commercial use of any of the above, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement and breach of Site security. MedAdvisor may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicablekind.

General Prohibitions. You may NOT: - lead any traffic to the following countries/regions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Crimea(Ukraine); - use the original Email from GearBest Official EDM Team to promote as your own Email (a) The GP GearBest will be forced to set your commission to 0 at once and perhaps even terminate this relationship if the Practice agree not situation happens again); - use malicious programs to do visit ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in high frequency(GearBest will automatically block your visit when the freguency is up to 50req/sec within 5 mins or 60req/sec within 5 secs); - engineer any of the following: (i) Transmit or make available for Transmission by MedAdvisor any Fileswebsite containing a Qualifying Link in such a manner that pulls Internet traffic away from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; - publish, Raw Datalink to, datasell, text, graphicsotherwise distribute, or material that: place a Qualifying Link on the same page or in close proximity to any Objectionable Content. For purposes of this Agreement, "Objectionable Content" means any material, including textual, audio or video material, which is offensive (A) including hate speech or violence against a particular group of people); contains any nudity, explicit violence or sexual material; contains depictions of violent or sexual acts; is false defamatory to any group or misleading; (B) is defamatory; (C) does not comply with the GP's individual; - attempt to modify or the Practice's privacy policy and MedAdvisor's privacy policy; (D) is obscenealter our Site in any way; - make any representations, pornographiceither express or implied, or offensive; (E) promotes bigotrycreate an appearance that a visitor to your website is visiting our Site, racisme.g., hatred "framing" or harm against any individual or group; (F) infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; or (G) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation giving rise to civil liability; (ii) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of "wrapping" the Site (including but not limited in any manner without first obtaining in advance our express written permission. Such requests must be sent to user folders not designated as 'public' ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; - "scrape" or that the GP or the Practice has not been given permission to access), MedAdvisor's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of MedAdvisor's providers; (iii) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of "spider" the Site or Software or any related system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; (iv) attempt to access or search the Site, Software, Content or Output Data with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor or other generally available third-party web browsers websites for content (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer images, logos or Mozilla Firefoxtext); - place ads on, or participate in any way in, AdNetworks or Search Content Networks; - employ, use or place any web browser add-ons, toolbars or pop-ups on your website; - link any Qualifying Link to any website other than our Site, including, for example, your own website; - bid on our “Trademarks” or “Trademarks + keywords” at any website that provides search engine services and that results in driving traffic to any website, other than our Site, including your website; - use the Trademarks of GearBest’s Suppliers (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/top-brands/index.html), or any variation or misspelling thereof, in metatags, hidden text or source code, in your domain name or any other part of your URL; - use the logo of GearBest or GearBest’s Suppliers in their profile pics or as their own logo; - engage in any direct or indirect relationships with ISPs and/or mobile carriers that results in the delivery or act of address bar keyword and URL error trafficking (e.g., a user mistypes a web address in the ISP's address bar or search bar, and, as a result, is redirected to a web page that contains a Qualifying Link that directs the user to sites like ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇); (b) MedAdvisor has include any Licensed Materials (as defined in Section 2); or (c) directly or indirectly send traffic to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; - post, publish, link to or place a Qualifying Link on the right (but not the obligation) Gearbest Facebook, Twitter, G+, YouTube, VK, Instagram Page; - forward, redistribute, or otherwise repurpose any or all Qualifying Links to investigate and take action any third party; - release Gearbest’s sales circulars, advertisements or other information prior to their authorized release dates; - purchase products or services sold or promoted on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ through a Qualifying Link for breach resale or commercial use of any kind； - contact different GearBest staff in order to request extra samples of the aboveproducts, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement and breach of Site security. MedAdvisor may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicablepromo codes, advertising fees or other benefits; - use any illegal SEO methods (Black hat SEO), such as Paid links, Clocking.cloaked page, Keyword stuffing, Doorway pages, Invisible text, Article spinning, Duplicate content, Spam comments.

General Prohibitions. (a) The GP and the Practice You agree not to do any of the following: (a) Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any User Content that: (i) Transmit infringes, misappropriates or make available for Transmission by MedAdvisor any Filesviolates a third party’s patent, Raw Datacopyright, datatrademark, texttrade secret, graphicsmoral rights or other intellectual property rights, or material that: rights of publicity or privacy; (A) is false or misleading; (B) is defamatory; (C) does not comply with the GP's or the Practice's privacy policy and MedAdvisor's privacy policy; (D) is obscene, pornographic, or offensive; (E) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group; (F) infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; or (Gii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation giving or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances; (iib) accessUse, display, mirror or frame the Services or any individual element within the Services, BICTORY's name, any BICTORY trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without BICTORY's express written consent; (c) Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site (including but not limited to user folders not designated as 'public' or that the GP or the Practice has not been given permission to access)Services, MedAdvisorBICTORY's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of MedAdvisorBICT ORY's providers; (iiid) attempt Attempt to probe, scan, scan or test the vulnerability of any part of the Site or Software or any related BICTORY system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; (ive) attempt Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by BICTORY or any of BICTORY's providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Services; (f) Attempt to access or search the Site, Software, Content Services or Output Data with download content from the Services using any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor BIC TORY or other generally available third-party web browsers (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox), including but not limited to browser automation toolsbrowsers; (vg) use the SiteSend any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, Servicespromotional materials, Software or Content to send unsolicited email, junk mail, “spam”, chain letters or chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or servicesother form of solicitation; (vih) forge Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a BICTORY trademark, logo URL or product name without BICTORY's express written consent; (i) Use the Services, or any portion thereof, for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms; (j) Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Site Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (viik) attempt Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the Software, software used to provide the Site, Content or Output DataServices; (viiil) interfere Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network to the Sitenetwork, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Site; or plant malware on MedAdvisor's computer system, those systems of MedAdvisor's providers; orServices; (ixm) use Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Software, Services, Site, Content or Output Data to impersonate Services from other users of the Services without their express permission; (n) Impersonate or misrepresent the GP's or the Practice's your affiliation with any person or entity.; (bo) MedAdvisor has the right Violate any applicable law or regulation; or (but not the obligationp) Encourage or enable any other individual to investigate and take action for breach of do any of the aboveforegoing. BICTORY is not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Services or to review or edit any content. However, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Services, to ensure compliance with these Terms, and to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any content, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement User Content, at any time and breach without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider it objectionable or in violation of Site securitythese Terms. MedAdvisor We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects the Services. We may involve also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicableto prosecute users who violate the law.

Such requests must be sent to user folders not designated as 'public' ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, Affiliate Program Manager, ▇▇▇.▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇; - "scrape" or that the GP or the Practice has not been given permission to access), MedAdvisor's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of MedAdvisor's providers; (iii) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of "spider" the Site or Software or any related system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; (iv) attempt to access or search the Site, Software, Content or Output Data with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor or other generally available third-party web browsers websites for content (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer images, logos or Mozilla Firefoxtext); - place ads on, or participate in any way in, AdNetworks or Search Content Networks; - employ, use or place any web browser add-ons, toolbars or pop-ups on your website; - link any Qualifying Link to any website other than our Site, including, for example, your own website; - bid on our “Trademarks” or “Trademarks + keywords” at any website that provides search engine services and that results in driving traffic to any website, other than our Site, including your website; - engage in any direct or indirect relationships with ISPs and/or mobile carriers that results in the delivery or act of address bar keyword and URL error trafficking (e.g., a user mistypes a web address in the ISP's address bar or search bar, and, as a result, is redirected to a web page that contains a Qualifying Link that directs the user to sites like ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇); - employ the use of any type of software download or technology which attempts to intercept or redirect traffic or Referral Fees to or from any website; - use any Trademark (as defined in Exhibit A), or any Licensed Materials (as defined in Section 2), provided to you as a result of your participation in the Program to advertise or engage in services which result in a sale occurring on your website, whether or not you then have the item fulfilled through ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇; - without the prior written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, use any Trademark, or any Licensed Material in an advertisement that is not created or provided by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ in any way that might suggest or imply or mislead or is likely to mislead a visitor to your website into believing that ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ was the creator or sponsor of such advertisement; - re-distribute Licensed Materials (as defined in Section 2) to websites which can reasonably be viewed as ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇'s competitors, including but not limited to, Banggood, DX, Lightinthebox, Miniinthebox, Fasttech, Geekbuying, Tinydeal; - re-distribute, display or syndicate Licensed Materials and/or ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇'s datafeed, including any product information set forth therein, to browser automation tools; (v) use the Siteany third party partner, Servicesnetwork or agency; - employ, Software or Content to send unsolicited email, junk mail, “spam”use, or chain lettersreceive any direct or indirect benefit from, any "cookie stuffing" methods (e.g., use of "cookie stuffing" to cause igogo Affiliate Network's tracking systems to conclude that a user has clicked through a Qualifying Link - and to pay commissions accordingly - even if the user has not actually clicked through any such link); - install spyware on another person's computer; cause spyware to be installed on another person's computer, or promotions use a context based triggering mechanism to display an advertisement that partially or advertisements for products wholly covers or services; obscures paid advertising other content on a website in a way that interferes with a person's ability to view that website; - display any material on a website containing a Qualifying Link which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines; - without the prior written approval of ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, use any widgets on your website that: (via) forge include any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information Trademarks (as defined in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Site to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (vii) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, the Site, Content or Output Data; (viii) interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network to the Site, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the SiteExhibit A); or plant malware on MedAdvisor's computer system, those systems of MedAdvisor's providers; or (ix) use the Software, Services, Site, Content or Output Data to impersonate or misrepresent the GP's or the Practice's affiliation with any person or entity. (b) MedAdvisor has include any Licensed Materials (as defined in Section 2); or (c) directly or indirectly send traffic to ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇; - post, publish, link to or place a Qualifying Link on the right (but not the obligation) igogo Facebook, Twitter, G+, YouTube, VK, Instagram Page; - forward, redistribute, or otherwise repurpose any or all Qualifying Links to investigate and take action any third party; - release igogo’s sales circulars, advertisements or other information prior to their authorized release dates; - purchase products or services sold or promoted on ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ through a Qualifying Link for breach resale or commercial use of any of the above, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement and breach of Site security. MedAdvisor may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicablekind.

General Prohibitions. (a) The GP and the Practice You agree not to do any of the following: : ● Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any content that: (i) Transmit infringes, misappropriates or make available for Transmission by MedAdvisor any Filesviolates a third party's patent, Raw Datacopyright, datatrademark, texttrade secret, graphicsmoral rights or other intellectual property rights, or material that: rights of publicity or privacy; (A) is false or misleading; (B) is defamatory; (C) does not comply with the GP's or the Practice's privacy policy and MedAdvisor's privacy policy; (D) is obscene, pornographic, or offensive; (E) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group; (F) infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; or (Gii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation giving or would give rise to civil liability; ; (iiiii) accessis fraudulent, tamper withfalse, misleading or use non-public areas deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances. ● Use, display Hubb Application or any individual element of Hubb Application nor Content, the Licensor's name, any of the Site (including but not limited to user folders not designated as 'public' Licensor’s trademark, logo or that the GP or the Practice has not been given permission to access), MedAdvisor's computer systemsother proprietary information, or the technical delivery systems layout and design of MedAdvisor's providers; (iii) attempt the Hubb Application, without the Licensor’s express written consent; ● Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the Site or Software or any related Licensor’s system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; ; ● Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by the Licensor or any of the Licensor’s providers or any other third party (ivincluding another user) attempt to protect Hubb Application; ● Attempt to access or search download Content from the Site, Software, Content or Output Data with Hubb Application through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor Licensor or other generally available third-third party web browsers (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers; ● Send any unsolicited or Mozilla Firefox)unauthorized advertising, including but not limited to browser automation tools; (v) use the Sitepromotional materials, Services, Software or Content to send unsolicited email, junk mail, “spam”, chain letters or chain lettersother form of solicitation; ● Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a Licensor’s trademark, logo URL or promotions product name without Licensor 's express written consent; ● Use the Hubb Application or advertisements Content for products any commercial purpose or services; (vi) forge the benefit of any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, third party or in any way use the Site to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (vii) attempt manner not permitted by this Agreement; ● Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the Software, software used to provide the Site, Content Hubb Application or Output Data; (viii) interfere Content; ● Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network to the Sitenetwork, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the SiteHubb Application; ● Collect or plant malware on MedAdvisor's computer system, those systems store any personally identifiable information of MedAdvisor's providersother users of the Hubb Application without their express permission; or (ix) use the Software, Services, Site, Content or Output Data to impersonate ● Impersonate or misrepresent the GP's or the Practice's your affiliation with any person or entity. (b) MedAdvisor has ; ● Violate any applicable law or regulation; or ● Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the foregoing. The Licensor will have the right (but not the obligation) to investigate and take action for breach prosecute violations of any provision of this Agreement to the fullest extent of the above, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement and breach of Site securitylaw. MedAdvisor The Licensor may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicablein prosecuting users who violate this Agreement.

General Prohibitions. (a) The GP and the Practice You agree that you will not to do any of the following: : • Use any scraper, crawler, robot, spider, deep link, or other similar automated data gathering or extraction tools, program, algorithm or methodology to access, acquire, copy, or monitor the Website, or any portion of the Website, without MyMedicalShopper’s express written consent, which may be withheld in MyMedicalShopper’s sole discretion; • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Website or the Service. • Use the Website or Services to transmit, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, email, or distribute in any way material or content that infringes any copyright, trademark, proprietary, or other right of any party or that violates this Agreement; • Copy (i) Transmit except as set forth above for noncommercial personal use), modify, distribute, create any derivative or make available for Transmission by MedAdvisor compilation work from, or display MyMedicalShopper’s name or logo, or any Files, Raw Data, data, text, graphicsgraphic images, or material that: (A) is false other content from the Website or misleading; (B) is defamatory; (C) does not comply with redeliver such content using framing or similar technology; • Use any device designed to provide repeated automated access to any Website other than those made generally available by MyMedicalShopper; • Collect, harvest, or store personal data about other users of the GP's Website or the Practice's privacy policy Service; • Upload, email, or otherwise transmit to MyMedicalShopper or through the Website or any MyMedicalShopper computer network any of the following: a sexually-explicit image or statement; advertising, promotional, or other unauthorized communication, including without limitation, “junk mail,” surveys, unsolicited email, “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or other inappropriate or prohibited materials; and MedAdvisor's privacy policy; (D) any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs, or any other computer code, files or programs that might interrupt, limit or interfere with, damage, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information related to the Website or any computer software, hardware or communications equipment that is owned, leased, or used by MyMedicalShopper; • Use the Website or Service to post or transmit any threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographicscandalous, inflammatory, or offensive; (E) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred profane material or harm against any individual material that could constitute or group; (F) infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; or (G) violates, or encourages any encourage conduct that would violatebe considered a criminal offense, any applicable law or regulation giving give rise to civil liability; (ii) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law; • Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in MyMedicalShopper’s sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on MyMedicalShopper’s computer system or infrastructure; • Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site (including but not limited Website, the Service, or any activities conducted on the Website; or • Bypass measures used by MyMedicalShopper to user folders not designated as 'public' prevent or that restrict access to the GP Website or the Practice has not been given permission Service, violate or attempt to access), MedAdvisor's computer systemsviolate the security or authentication measures of the system, or the technical delivery systems of MedAdvisor's providers; (iii) attempt to probeprove, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the Site or Software or any related a system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; (iv) attempt to access or search the Site, Software, Content or Output Data with any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor or other generally available third-party web browsers (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox), including but not limited to browser automation tools; (v) use the Site, Services, Software or Content to send unsolicited email, junk mail, “spam”, or chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or services; (vi) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Site to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (vii) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, the Site, Content or Output Data; (viii) interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network to the Site, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Site; or plant malware on MedAdvisor's computer system, those systems of MedAdvisor's providers; or (ix) use the Software, Services, Site, Content or Output Data to impersonate or misrepresent the GP's or the Practice's affiliation with any person or entityproper written authorization from MyMedicalShopper. (b) MedAdvisor has the right (but not the obligation) to investigate and take action for breach of any of the above, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement and breach of Site security. MedAdvisor may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicable.

General Prohibitions. (a) The GP and the Practice You agree not to do any of the following: (a) Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any User Content that: (i) Transmit infringes, misappropriates or make available for Transmission by MedAdvisor any Filesviolates a third party’s patent, Raw Datacopyright, datatrademark, texttrade secret, graphicsmoral rights or other intellectual property rights, or material that: rights of publicity or privacy; (A) is false or misleading; (B) is defamatory; (C) does not comply with the GP's or the Practice's privacy policy and MedAdvisor's privacy policy; (D) is obscene, pornographic, or offensive; (E) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group; (F) infringes another's rights, including any Intellectual Property Rights; or (Gii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation giving or would give rise to civil liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances; (iib) accessUse, display, mirror or frame the Services or any individual element within the Services, ▇▇▇.▇▇’s name, any ▇▇▇.▇▇ trademark, logo or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without ▇▇▇.▇▇’s express written consent; (c) Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site (including but not limited to user folders not designated as 'public' or that the GP or the Practice has not been given permission to access)Services, MedAdvisor's ▇▇▇.▇▇’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of MedAdvisor's ▇▇▇.▇▇’s providers; (iiid) attempt Attempt to probe, scan, scan or test the vulnerability of any part of the Site or Software or any related ▇▇▇.▇▇ system or network or breach any security or authentication measures; (ive) attempt Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by ▇▇▇.▇▇ or any of ▇▇▇.▇▇’s providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Services; (f) Attempt to access or search the Site, Software, Content Services or Output Data with download content from the Services using any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by MedAdvisor ▇▇▇.▇▇ or other generally available third-party web browsers (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox), including but not limited to browser automation toolsbrowsers; (vg) use the SiteSend any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, Servicespromotional materials, Software or Content to send unsolicited email, junk mail, “spam”, chain letters or chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or servicesother form of solicitation; (vih) forge Use any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a ▇▇▇.▇▇ trademark, logo URL or product name without ▇▇▇.▇▇’s express written consent; (i) Use the Services, or any portion thereof, for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms; (j) Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting, or in any way use the Site Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; (viik) attempt Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the Software, software used to provide the Site, Content or Output DataServices; (viiil) interfere Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network to the Sitenetwork, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Site; or plant malware on MedAdvisor's computer system, those systems of MedAdvisor's providers; orServices; (ixm) use Collect or store any personally identifiable information from the Software, Services, Site, Content or Output Data to impersonate Services from other users of the Services without their express permission; (n) Impersonate or misrepresent the GP's or the Practice's your affiliation with any person or entity.; (bo) MedAdvisor has the right Violate any applicable law or regulation; or (but not the obligationp) Encourage or enable any other individual to investigate and take action for breach of do any of the aboveforegoing. ▇▇▇.▇▇ is not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Services or to review or edit any content. However, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Services, to ensure compliance with these Terms and to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any content, including Intellectual Property Rights infringement User Content, at any time and breach without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider it objectionable or in violation of Site securitythese Terms. MedAdvisor We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects the Services. We may involve also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities if applicableto prosecute users who violate the law.
