General Program Description. The XFINITY Mobile Early Upgrade Program is an optional program designed for XFINITY Mobile customers who: a) Have purchased a new Device through an EIP agreement through XFINITY Mobile or its creditor from a participating XFINITY Mobile store, XFINITY Mobile Website or XFINITY Mobile Care; and b) Such Device is authorized for use on XFINITY Mobile’s network.
