General Operations. Tenant shall furnish to Landlord, not less than seventy-five (75) days after the commencement of any Fiscal Year, proposed annual budgets in a form consistent with the then standards for the same brand of hotels as the Hotel setting forth projected income and costs and expenses projected to be incurred by Tenant in managing, leasing, maintaining and operating the Hotel during the then current Fiscal Year.
