GENERAL OBLIGATION TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW. Subcontractor shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and other governmental requirements (as each of the foregoing may be amended or modified from time to time) relating to or affecting this Agreement, and Subcontractor shall obtain and maintain all permits, licenses, and consents required in connection therewith. Subcontractor acknowledges and agrees that Subcontractor is required to maintain records regarding its compliance with this Section 11 and that PKMG shall have access to all such records, in each case as set forth in further detail in Section 11.
