General Limitation of Liability; Waiver of Consequential Damages, Etc. (i) No claim may be made by any Credit Party, any Lender, the Global Agent, the Revolver Agent, any LC Issuer or any other Person against any Indemnitee for any damages other than actual compensatory damages in respect of any claim for breach of contract or any other theory of liability arising out of or related to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, or any act, omission or event occurring in connection therewith.
