General Duties of the Manager. The Manager shall use its reasonable best efforts to present to the Trust a continuing and suitable real estate investment program consistent with the real estate investment policies and objectives of the Trust. Subject to the management, direction and supervision of the Trust, the Manager shall conduct and perform all corporate office functions for the Trust and, if requested by the Trust, its affiliates (the Trust and such affiliates, the “Trust Parties”), including, but not limited to, the following:
