GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND GOALS. The International Fund seeks long-term growth of capital by investing at least 65% of its total assets in securities of companies whose principal place of business is located in countries other than in the United States. The Fund will invest primarily in equity securities, however, debt securities of foreign governments and private issuers are permitted. The Fund may invest in securities payable in any currency and may hold foreign currency.
