Common use of General Coverage Clause in Contracts

General Coverage. Employees may take unpaid family care and medical leave in accordance with the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act Of 1993 (“FMLA”) and the California Family Rights Act of 1991, as amended (“CFRA”). Implementation of this policy is governed by the FMLA and the final federal regulations adopted at 29 CFR Part 825 and by the CFRA and the state regulations adopted at California Government Code of Regulations, Title 2, Division 4, Sections 7297.0-7297.11.
