GENERAL CONDITIONS FUNDAMENTAL TO CONTRACT. These General Conditions are a fundamental part of this Contract. By entering into this Contract, Contractor acknowledges that it had an opportunity, prior to contract award, to review and seek from District any desired clarification of these General Conditions. Contractor shall be deemed and construed to have fully read and understood these General Conditions. Moreover, Contractor acknowledges that these General Conditions are applicable to Contractor’s subcontractor(s), and, therefore, Contractor shall incorporate these General Conditions, and this entire Contract, into all subcontracts for the Work.
