Common use of General Communications Clause in Contracts

General Communications. Each Party shall keep the other Party fully and promptly informed as to its progress and activities relating to the development, commercialization, marketing and promotion of the Product in the Territory, including with respect to regulatory matters and meetings with Regulatory Authorities, by way of updates to the JSC at its meetings and as otherwise specified in this Agreement, or as reasonably requested by the other Party. In connection therewith, Inovio and Apollo shall provide each other with such information regarding such progress and activities under the Product Plan or otherwise relating to the Product, as the other Party may request from time to time. In order to facilitate the Parties’ exercise of their rights and fulfillment of their obligations hereunder, each Party agrees to give due consideration to any comments provided by the other Party with respect to such development, commercialization, marketing and promotion of VGX-3100 and/or any Product in the Territory.
