General Commitment. The parties are committed to ensuring that all training programs work towards continuous improvement of all safety, health, environmental and regulatory training requirements. The parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to increase the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of the Company, a commitment to skill development through structured training is required.
