General Commitment. The Parties agree to implement a Risk Informed Management (“RIM”) approach for Transboundary Waters in accordance with Appendix A.

General Commitment. It is the continuing policy of the School District and the Federation that the provisions of this Agreement shall be applied to all Professional Employees without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex or national origin.

The Permittees do not intend to use funds from their respective general funds to implement the Conservation Strategy; rather they intend to obtain sufficient funds through a comprehensive strategy further described in Chapter 9.3 of the HCP/NCCP, primarily depending on mitigation fees, dedications, and real estate transfer fees from future developments, federal and state grants pursuant to Section 9.1.2 of this Agreement, and maintenance of existing conservation efforts by local and state agencies that have a demonstrated record of acquiring and managing lands for recreational and conservation purposes in Contra Costa County. The Permittees may use or establish other local funding measures, including, but not limited to, utility surcharges, special taxes or assessments, or bonds. Each of the Permittees is responsible to seek all feasible increases in revenues that are necessary to keep pace with rising costs, as described in Chapter
General Commitment. It is the continuing policy of the Employer and of the Association that the provisions of this agreement shall be applied uniformly to all employees in the bargaining unit without regard to age, marital status, handicap, race, color, religious creed, sex or national origin, or participation or lack of participation in activities of the Association.

NERC By-laws and Rules of Procedure Ontario’s current legislative framework does not expressly contemplate approval by the Board of NERC’s By-laws or Rules of Procedure. However, the signatories acknowledge that NERC must function as an international organization, having in particular a single set of By-laws and Rules of Procedure acceptable to all regulators. To that end, NERC will inform the Board of, and seek the Board’s input on, any proposed changes to NERC’s By-laws and Rules of Procedure.
