GENERAL AWARD INFORMATION. The foregoing recitals in Section I above are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth in the body of this Agreement. The subaward from the Grantee to the Subrecipient, which is described in detail in Exhibit A, is for the purpose of carrying out a portion of a Federal award described in Section I of this Agreement and creates a Federal assistance relationship with the Subrecipient. This Agreement must be updated to reflect any changes to the Federal award and the information providing in Exhibit A.
