General Agreements With Respect to Financial Information. Customer agrees that except as otherwise specified herein or otherwise agreed to in writing by MLC: (i) all annual financial statements required to be furnished by Customer to MLC hereunder will be audited by either the current independent accountants for Customer or other independent accountants selected by Customer and reasonably acceptable to MLC, and (ii) all other financial statements required to be furnished by Customer to MLC hereunder will be certified as fairly presenting the financial condition of the Customer in all material respects by the respective chief financial officer.
