The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of Diagnostic Radiology including plain film, cross- sectional imaging (Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and Interventional Radiology procedures (non-vascular). Experience in Abdominal / Pelvic Radiology would be an advantage. There will be full participation in the Radiology on-call roster for both hospitals. • The successful candidate will be expected to provide cross cover and ensure efficient service delivery at OLHN and MMUH. ▪ The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and developing OLHN and MMUH radiology services in particular in their specialist areas of expertise. Experience in Abdominal / Pelvic Radiology would be an advantage. ▪ Provide an on-site radiology service in Our Lady’s Hospital Navan. This may include triage by telephone of potential transfers from other hospitals, interaction with the national ambulance service, direct assessment of admission on arrival, and ongoing care and treatment of patients with suspected or proven HCID with potential for mortality. In the event of activation of the National Isolation Plan and in co-operation with the other MMUH ID consultants, the appointee will adjust their commitments elsewhere to prioritize the management of the NIU, including the direct care of patients. General Accountability. A service must be fully accountable to the Pantheon and offer information about members, programs, or any other service operations when asked. A Questor or the Pantheon may request, at most once a month, to receive a full report from a service, called Service Activities Report. This report must [0] be legible and either written by hand or in PDF format, and be dated, [1] cover all operations within a specified time span (at most 6 months or the date of the latest Service Activities or Yearly Report), mention the finances and attendance of these operations, and [2] list all current members of the service’s administration, as well as their respective roles. The report must be delivered at the latest 2 weeks after the request is made.

  • Accountability Actuaries and external auditors will be appointed by the Trust. Audited financial statements, and an actuarial evaluation report will be obtained for the Trust on an annual basis. The actuarial report will include projections for the Trust for a period of not less than 3 years into the future.

  • Service Accountability Agreements The HSP acknowledges that if the LHIN and the HSP enter into negotiations for a subsequent service accountability agreement, subsequent funding may be interrupted if the next service accountability agreement is not executed on or before the expiration date of this Agreement.

  • Health Care Accountability Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12Q applies to this contract, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12Q. For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO. If Contractor chooses to offer the health plan option, such health plan shall meet the minimum standards set forth by the San Francisco Health Commission. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Q.
